This four-story residence accommodates up to 10 guests.

• 1/F Hygiene & refreshment: Two separate shower units (each with a private changing area), powder room with two vanity sinks and one toilet.
• 2/F Living & dining: Fully equipped kitchen with open-flame stove, large dining table, sofa, TV, extra toilet and a third vanity sink.
• 3/F Main sleeping: Master bedroom with two extra-thick double mattresses (140 cm each). Middle tatami lounge (TV, Wi-Fi, YouTube TV) that can sleep two more on tatami for larger groups.
• 4/F Rooftop: Penthouse bedroom with one thick queen mattress (150 cm), two small sofas and rooftop views.

Linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) are from Nitori.

Stay notes

• ¥15,000 per night for the whole house. Cleaning fee ¥15,000 once per booking.
• Minimum 2 nights.
• Longer stays (informational): 7 days ¥13,110 per day; 14 days ¥12,420 per day; 30 days ¥117,300 per day.
